Why SurveyLex?

SurveyLex can help you increase completion rates, collect high-quality data, and improve survey methodology.

The average phone poll completion rate is 6%. In contrast, SurveyLex voice surveys have around 12-30% completion rates. Our surveys can also be taken at any time through a URL link across any device (e.g. laptop or phone), making it more convenient for survey takers to complete surveys when they have free time on the device they feel most comfortable on.

Up to 50% of online surveys contain survey fraud - either from inputting wrong answers intentionally or quickly clicking through survey responses. By using our platform, fraud risk is reduced by 20x and survey data quality improves by up to 5x. We transcribe and label these responses with machine learning models (e.g. age, gender, and accent) to reduce the number of questions on surveys, creating a better experience for survey takers.

Our platform makes it seamless to see completions, engagements, and views for your surveys. If survey takers drop out halfway through a survey, data is still collected and stored. In this way, we empower you with analytics to refine your survey methodology over time and prevent you from losing data as a result of dropout.
